 Why don't politicians take their jobs seriously? I mean they have some of the most important jobs on the planet, and yet they're more worried about what their peers want. They're worried about the presentation and how it's perceived.

 It's easy to say if you were in office you would do "everything in your power" to take care of your people; when you know the current person in office is dealing with the crapfest called politics.

Sometimes I wonder why can't some people do their own dirty work. Bad news being received via email, text message, etc. are just bad decorum. However, when dealing with a nut job that just slashed your tires send someone else to be killed.
